Uploading High-Quality Images

Prints will look best when you upload images high-quality images. You can use the following formats with the customizer:
.png.jpg.svg
Raster images should be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 100% size.

Merchandise Guarantee

We only accept approved returns. No returns of any kind may be made without prior approval from the factory. All returns of defective merchandise must be shipped back to the factory freight collect (via Duncan specified carrier). Returns made without receiving a Return Authorization from the factory will be refused.
All products are sold F.O.B. origin. In case of any shortage or damage, the customer is to contact the delivering transportation agent and file a claim promptly. Any delay may result in a loss. Overages, shortages, and damages must be reported within 60 days of receipt of shipment.
Duncan does not authorize or accept the return of any discontinued product. Duncan will not honor claims for discrepancies, claims adjustments, chargebacks or deductions without prior written approval of the National Sales & Marketing Manager.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms:
Net 30 Days pending credit approval
Under $1,000: F.O.B. origin, freight collect
$1,000 or more to single destination: F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid

Price and terms are subject to change without notice, and shall be those in effect on the date of shipment on each item contained on the order.
A late payment charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices. All orders received are subject to acceptance by Duncan Toys Co, Middlefield, Ohio
Duncan Toys Co. reserves the right to change color schemes, packaging arrangements and product configuration without notice.
For freight prepaid, Flambeau reserves the right to select the carrier used in the shipment of said merchandise and adjust freight minimums based on destination. Prepaid freight allowances apply to the contiguous U.S.A. only, exclusive of the following zip codes in New York and Massachusetts: 025-026, 100-104, and 110-119. Prepaid freight refers to road transportation costs only and does not include any extra charges or surcharges. See Duncan invoices for additional terms and conditions of sale. No deductions for non-compliance of customer’s carrier specifications will be allowed on full freight allowance and/or prepaid shipments.

Uploading Finished Compositions

If you already have a completed design, you can upload it directly in the following formats:
.ai.psd.pdf.eps.tif.jpg

Please compress all files that are 7mb or larger into .sit, .zip, or .bin format. Include all imported or linked graphics. Fonts should be converted to outlines or included. Scanned images should be saved as a .tif or .jpg format.
